HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets with Key Legislative Leaders

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today engaged in discussions with HE Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and HE Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, at Gudaibiya Palace, with deputies and members of the Services Committee in attendance.

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Executive and Legislative branches to serve Bahrain's citizens, aligning with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's directives. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored the commitment to delivering top-tier services and recognized the efforts of Team Bahrain as an inspiration for ongoing achievements benefiting the Kingdom.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad stressed the significance of enhancing Executive and Legislative collaboration to create opportunities for citizens and highlighted the private sector's essential role in supporting these endeavors. He also noted that Bahrain's hosting of the 46th session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf will foster development and cooperation among participating countries, aligning with the visions and aspirations of GCC leaders.

The Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the Chairman of the Shura Council expressed their appreciation for His Royal Highness' dedication to strengthening Executive and Legislative cooperation, benefiting the Kingdom and its people. The meeting was also attended by HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister; HE General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior; HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; and several senior officials.
