Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (29) of 2026, appointing a new director at the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS). This appointment was made based on the proposal of the Chairman of the SCYS.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Sara Nooh Isa Al Zowaid has been appointed as the Director of the Planning, Policy and Follow-up Directorate at the General Secretariat of the SCYS, taking over from Noura Ahmed Al Balooshi. The edict outlines that the Chairman of the SCYS is responsible for implementing its provisions.
The edict is effective immediately from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
