Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (27) of 2026, which amends penalties related to the practice of allied health professions by non-physicians and non-pharmacists, following approvals from the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the new law mandates that the Prime Minister and the relevant ministers are responsible for implementing its provisions. The law is set to come into effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
