Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law (30) of 2026, which amends certain provisions of Decree-Law (36) of 2002. This law, which regulates government tenders, auctions, purchases, and sales, received approval from the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and ministers are tasked with implementing the provisions of this newly ratified law. The law is set to come into effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
