Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Her Excellency Katalin Nov¡k, former President of the Republic of Hungary, at Al Sakhir Palace during her visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to attend the opening ceremony of the third Asian Youth Games.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty the King welcomed Her Excellency the former President and reviewed the longstanding relations between the two countries. His Majesty commended the continued growth of bilateral cooperation in various domains that serves mutual interests. HM the King also expressed appreciation for Her Excellency's participation in the Asian Youth Games and her contribution to the success of this major sporting event hosted by Bahrain.
The meeting also discussed topics of mutual interest. On her part, HE former President Nov¡k expressed gratitude to HM the King for the warm welcome and hospitality, and for His Majesty's support for the development of bilateral cooperation with Hungary.
