Al sakhir: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, hosted a lunch banquet at Al Sakhir Palace in honour of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and their representatives, as well as Her Excellency Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, who attended as Guest of Honour during the 46th GCC Summit.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the gathering was a significant event, marking the 46th GCC Summit, which saw the participation of prominent leaders from the Gulf region. The event underscored the strengthening of ties between the GCC countries and Italy, with Her Excellency Giorgia Meloni’s presence symbolizing the growing diplomatic relations.
The banquet provided an opportunity for leaders to engage in discussions and foster collaboration on various fronts.
