Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate, on the 57th anniversary of the establishment of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the message from HH Shaikh Khalifa acknowledged the significant role played by the Bahrain Defence Force in maintaining security and stability in the kingdom. The governor expressed his pride in the achievements of the BDF under the leadership of HM King Hamad and commended the dedication and professionalism of its members.
