Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (41) of 2026 appointing a member to the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the decree stipulates that Khalid Ali Yousif Abdulrahman shall be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the RERA, succeeding Basem Mohammed Al Saei, for the remainder of the current Board's term.
The Prime Minister and the ministers, each in their respective capacity, are responsible for implementing the provisions of this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
