Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (42) of 2026, appointing a new member to the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). This decision follows a proposal by the Prime Minister and subsequent approval by the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the decree specifies that Hassan Bader Ahmed Kaiksow will join the Board of Directors of the LMRA. He will replace Mohammed Abduljabbar Mahmood Al Kooheji and serve for the remainder of the current board's term.
The Prime Minister, along with the Minister of Labour and the Minister of Legal Affairs, is tasked with implementing the provisions of this decree. It is set to take effect from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
