Muharraq Club Board Chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Khalifa congratulated HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman and Royal Endurance Team Captain, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on clinching first place in the 160-km race in Montalcino international endurance championship.
The chairman affirmed that the achievement of HH Shaikh Nasser and the Royal Endurance Team come as a continuation of the team’s great achievements that highlights their position in this sport.
He praised the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for endurance racing, and HM’s keenness to preserve this authentic sport.
He lauded HH Shaikh Nasser’s role in spreading this sport and the team’s achievements, which created for Bahrain a long history and experience in endurance racing.
