Manama: His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court and Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), has issued a new edict aimed at reorganizing the REHC.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the edict introduces significant changes to the structure of the club. A new clause, numbered (d), has been added to paragraph (4) of section (Third) in Article (I) of Edict (1) of 2023. This clause establishes the "Investment and Financial Sustainability Directorate," which is expected to enhance the club's financial strategies.
Additionally, paragraph (5) of section (Third) in Article (I) of Edict (1) of 2023 has been revised. The text now specifies the role of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Financial Affairs, who will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Resources Directorate as well as the Human Resources and Services Directorate.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club has been tasked with implementing the provisions of this edict, which has come into effect from the date of its issuance.
