Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh received Think Pink Bahrain Think Pink founder and Chairperson Ms. Julie Sprakel and her deputy Tahera Al-Alawi. The meeting was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Hospital Affairs Dr. Mohammed Amin Al-Awadhi and Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Services and Community Support Committee Chairperson Fatima Abdelwahed Al-Ahmed.

The minister hailed the civil society institutions for their support and cooperation as well as joint work to improve health services to patients. The Think Pink Bahrain called for future plans in coordination with the Ministry of Health to provide support and make donations to treat breast cancer patients.

Al-Alawi stressed the continuous support of the Think Pink Bahrain for supporting the ministry’s health services and cooperation to assess the patients’ needs to coordinate future donations.

Ms. Sprakel reiterated full support to breast cancer patients and donations through official authorities. c
