Beirut: His Excellency General Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, condemned the Iranian attacks targeting civilian sites in Kuwait and Bahrain, including Kuwait International Airport, and said they constituted a violation of the sovereignty of the two countries and a breach of international law.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HE President Aoun reaffirmed Lebanon's solidarity with Kuwait and Bahrain and called for efforts to de-escalate tensions and spare the region the repercussions of further escalation.
