Accra:Gulf Air Group has been awarded the Great Place To Work Certification, a prestigious recognition based on employee feedback. The certification, which is a globally acknowledged measure of workplace excellence, saw an 81% participation rate from Gulf Air Group employees, reflecting high levels of trust and positive workplace experiences.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the certification was granted by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. It is based on the Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey, which evaluates employees' perceptions of trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This standardized survey allows organizations to benchmark their workplace culture against others, with certification given only to those meeting specific criteria.
This milestone is part of Gulf Air Group's ongoing transformation journey, focused on enhancing employee experiences, improving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performing culture. Mohamed Mattar, Chief People Officer at Gulf Air Group, expressed gratitude for the employees' trust and feedback, emphasizing the company's commitment to maintaining a strong workplace culture.
