Manama: The Ministry of Interior announced that, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Guards and the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), the Guards Training School has joined the National Suggestions and Complaints System “Tawasul.” This system is accessible to citizens and residents through Bahrain.bh/Tawasul and the “Tawasul” app available on the eGovernment application store at bahrain.bh/apps.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Guards Training School confirmed that licensed private security and guard companies, their employees, and civil entities providing private security services can now submit proposals, inquiries, and observations related to private security and guarding services via the Tawasul system and app. This integration aims to enhance the quality of services provided by facilitating smooth interaction with the public.
The school emphasized its commitment to training staff and personnel to the highest standards. This ensures efficient interaction with public proposals and inquiries through the Tawasul system and app, representing a significant improvement in saving time, ensuring service quality, and accelerating response times.
Launched in 2014, the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) was designed to improve the performance of government entities by providing high-quality services, enabling public participation in development and decision-making, and ensuring fairness and equality in case management. Tawasul aims to unify the government’s approach to handling feedback.
In 2016, the Tawasul app was introduced to bolster the system’s ability to manage various cases. The app provides services such as the “Fix2Go” feature with GPS functionality, document uploads via mobile devices, and the utilization of smart device capabilities. To date, 61 government entities have joined the Tawasul system.
