Davos: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Maroun Kairouz, Head of the Middle and North Africa for the World Economic Forum, on the sidelines of the 55th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2025.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting reviewed means to enhance cooperation between the GCC General Secretariat and the Forum. Discussions focused on the World Economic Forum for the Middle East and North Africa and mechanisms to strengthen the General Secretariat's participation in future forums to achieve common goals.
