GCC Ministers Gather in Bahrain for 24th Housing Meeting

Manama:Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, has welcomed the GCC housing ministers to Bahrain for the 24th meeting of the GCC Ministers of Housing Affairs.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Rumaihi emphasized Bahrain's pride in hosting the event, underscoring the significance of enhancing joint Gulf housing efforts and fostering the exchange of expertise among member states.

The ministerial meeting is set to cover various agenda items related to Gulf housing cooperation, including initiatives and programs that aim to strengthen coordination among member states in the housing sector.

This meeting coincides with the fourth Gulf Housing Week in Bahrain, which features extensive GCC participation and a series of specialized events designed to share expertise and highlight modern practices in housing and urban development.

Additionally, the ministers and GCC delegations are participating in the second Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector 2026. This summit, part of Gulf Housing Week, gathers senior officials, experts, and industry representatives to showcase innovative solutions and explore partnership opportunities in the social housing system.
