Manama: The Fuel Pricing and Monitoring Committee in the local market has announced the approved fuel prices in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the month of August. This decision aligns with the established pricing mechanism and reflects changes in global markets.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the committee stated that the new prices will be effective from August 2. The prices for different fuel types are set as follows: Jayyid (91) at 0.222 Bahraini dinar per litre, Mumtaz (95) at 0.247 Bahraini dinar per litre, Super (98) at 0.362 Bahraini dinar per litre, and Diesel at 0.229 Bahraini dinar per litre.
The committee also announced that diesel subsidies for Bahraini fishermen will remain intact. It affirmed its commitment to monitoring global market developments and taking necessary measures to maintain balanced prices in accordance with economic conditions.
