According to Bahrain News Agency, the ministers deliberated on recent regional developments and discussed collaborative efforts to mitigate tensions. They emphasized the importance of maintaining regional security and stability, particularly concerning the strategic Strait of Hormuz, which is vital for global maritime navigation.
The ministers also explored the potential for bilateral coordination through their countries' non-permanent memberships in the United Nations Security Council.
