Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of Miles Armitage, Australian Ambassador-Designate to the Kingdom of Bahrain, residing in Riyadh, via a remote meeting.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Zayani highlighted the bilateral Bahrain-Australia ties, which continue to grow and develop across various domains. He wished the Ambassador success in performing his diplomatic duties and in further strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
For his part, Ambassador Armitage affirmed his keenness to work towards enhancing cooperation between Bahrain and Australia in multiple sectors. He also conveyed his best wishes to the Kingdom of Bahrain for continued progress and prosperity.
