Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received telephone calls from Arab and international counterparts who expressed their support for the Kingdom of Bahrain and condemned the Iranian missile attacks on the country, wishing it continued security, stability, and peace.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Zayani received calls from Youssef Rajji, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of the Republic of Lebanon; Jeenbek Kulubaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil; and Vijitha Herath, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tourism and Foreign Employment of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
The Foreign Minister expressed his appreciation to the ministers for their condemnation of the Iranian missile attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain, which targeted a number of sites, including civilian facilities and private property. He valued their expressions of solidarity and their support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to safeguard its security and stability, wishing their countries security, stability, and peace.
