Davos: Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with P. Rajeeve, Minister of Industry and Law for the Indian state of Kerala, during the World Economic Forum 2025 Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by Noor bint Ali Alkhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of the Bahrain Economic Development Board; Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce; Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company; and other officials. The discussions primarily focused on reviewing the financial, economic, and investment ties between Bahrain and India, exploring ways to enhance cooperation.
Shaikh Salman emphasized the strong historical relations between Bahrain and India across various fields, particularly in the financial, economic, and trade sectors. He highlighted the importance of further strengthening collaboration and coordination to achieve shared goals and mutual interests.
The meeting also included discussions on topics of common interest in financial, economic, and investment fields, as well as the latest developments in the global economy.
