Egyptian Sailors Kidnapped in Somalia Regain Freedom

Mogadishu:Egypt: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad has announced the release of eight Egyptian sailors who were kidnapped aboard the M/T Eureka off the coast of Somalia's Puntland region since May 2.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ambassador Nader Zaki stated that Dr. Badr Abdelatty, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, instructed the Egyptian Embassy in Mogadishu to ensure the sailors' well-being and facilitate their return to Egypt on the earliest available flight.
