Cairo: Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates, held a telephone call with Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, to discuss means to enhance the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries and build on the positive momentum at various levels.
According to Bahrain News Agency, they also discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Joint Committee for Coordination and Follow-up, to be chaired by the prime ministers of both countries, and exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues, including developments in Palestine, Sudan, and Libya.
Both ministers emphasised the importance of continuing coordination to support regional stability and strengthen joint Arab and African action.
