Egyptian and French Foreign Ministers Engage in Talks on Regional Stability

Manama: Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, engaged in a significant discussion with Jean-Noel Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, about regional developments and ongoing efforts to de-escalate tensions to bolster security and stability.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Abdelatty reviewed Egypt's active initiatives aimed at containing regional escalation. He emphasized the importance of resuming negotiations between the United States and Iran. Furthermore, he highlighted the necessity of prioritizing diplomatic solutions and establishing conditions favorable for resuming negotiations. This approach aims to assist in de-escalating tensions, preventing the conflict from spreading, and maintaining regional security and stability.
