Manama: The Ministry of Education received an award under the Arab Government Excellence Award 2025 for a programme that provides structured training and qualification for newly appointed teachers in government schools.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the award was presented during the fourth cycle of the regional initiative, held in partnership with the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Arab League. Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, said that the recognition reflects ongoing development efforts supported by national leadership and the Ministry's continued work to enhance the quality of educational services.
The award, launched in 2019, aims to promote administrative development and encourage innovation in government performance regionally.
