Manama: Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Bahrain's Minister of Education, and Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, the United Arab Emirates' Minister of Education, jointly inaugurated the College Expo 2026 at the Bahrain Bayan School.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was organized for both government and private school students to explore academic programmes available from national, regional, and international higher education institutions within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The two ministers' visit coincided with the meeting of the Committee of GCC Ministers of Education, which was hosted by Bahrain. During the visit, Shaikha Aseel bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Bahrain Bayan School, provided a briefing on the school's educational initiatives, including its latest programmes and development projects.
The inauguration also included a tour of the expo, where the ministers engaged with members of the school's teaching and administrative staff, highlighting the collaborative efforts in enhancing educational opportunities in the region.
