Education Minister Discusses Strategic Plans with ABEGS Director General

MANAMA: Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, the Minister of Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Council Board of Trustees, met with Dr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Asmi, the Director General of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), to discuss the organization's recent achievements and future plans. The meeting focused on the review of ABEGS's progress over the past two years and the strategic development plans for the upcoming phase.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the conversation highlighted the successful implementation of approved programs and projects by ABEGS, which aims to enhance educational practices across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The minister praised the bureau's role in supporting education ministries by providing essential expertise and fostering collaboration among specialists, schools, and students to achieve common educational goals.

Dr. Al Asmi reiterated the bureau's commitment to further developing its programs to align with the shared objectives of the GCC education ministries, ensuring continued support and improvement in educational standards across the region.
