Director-General of Legal Affairs and Human Rights Engages with UNDP Delegation on Enhanced Collaboration

Manama: The Director-General of Legal Affairs and Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs engaged in discussions with a delegation from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). At the meeting's outset, the Director-General expressed appreciation for the ongoing cooperation between the Ministry and the UNDP, acknowledging the Programme's contributions in areas such as development, governance, and institutional advancement.According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Bahrain, the meeting focused on exploring ways to strengthen cooperation and joint coordination between the two entities. Discussions included the exchange of expertise and leveraging international experiences and practices. Additionally, the meeting reviewed opportunities to utilise digital solutions and modern technologies to advance institutional work and improve efficiency.Both parties highlighted the importance of maintaining coordination and exchanging expertise to support shared objectives.
