Manama: Lieutenant-General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel, Deputy Minister of Interior, received several officers who earned postgraduate degrees in various fields. The deputy minister congratulated the officers and commended their efforts to pursue further education and develop their knowledge and expertise.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Lieutenant-General Al Fadhel affirmed that investing in human resources and developing academic and professional capabilities are key aspects for enhancing the efficiency of Ministry personnel and improving performance. He emphasized the critical role that ongoing education, training, and professional development play in the advancement of security work.
Lieutenant-General Al Fadhel also highlighted the importance of applying the knowledge and expertise acquired through postgraduate studies to support the advancement of security work. This approach aligns with development requirements and aims to enhance performance quality within the Ministry.
