Manama:Gudaibiya Palace: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, Supreme Head of the Indian Orthodox Church.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness emphasized Bahrain's dedication to religious tolerance under the guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. This approach is rooted in values of coexistence and pluralism.
The Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted Bahrain's achievements in promoting coexistence as an exemplary model of mutual respect and openness among diverse cultures. He also pointed out the important role of places of worship in maintaining these principles within the Kingdom.
His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III praised Bahrain's leadership in fostering coexistence and tolerance, attributing this to the vision of His Majesty the King and the directives of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Also present at the meeting were HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several senior officials.
