Closure of Slow Lane on Sh. Isa Bin Salman Causeway Towards Manama

Manama: The Ministry of Works has announced that resurfacing works on the Sh. Isa Bin Salman Causeway will necessitate the closure of the slow lane for westbound traffic heading towards Manama. To accommodate the traffic movement, two lanes will remain open.According to Bahrain News Agency, the closure is scheduled to be in effect over the weekend, starting from Friday, August 14, 2026, at 12:00 am until Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 5:00 am. The ministry has advised all road users to adhere to traffic rules to ensure the safety of everyone during this period.
