Central Bank of Bahrain Selects 15 Graduates for GP15 Programme

Manama:The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has selected 15 Bahraini graduates to join the second cohort of its GP15 Graduate Development Programme. This announcement follows a strong interest from applicants, exceeding the number of applications received for the first cohort.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the programme's induction day featured Khalid Ibrahim Humaidan, Governor of the CBB, who welcomed the new participants in the presence of senior officials. During the event, the graduates were introduced to the CBB's mandate, strategic role, and the key priorities of Bahrain's financial sector.

The Governor congratulated the selected graduates, emphasizing the CBB's commitment to investing in national talent and preparing future leaders for Bahrain's financial services sector. He highlighted the programme's aim to provide a high-quality learning and development experience, contributing positively to the participants' professional growth.

The chosen graduates are Abdullah Abdulrahman Al Bassam, Ali Arif bin Rajab, Ali Khalifa Al Thawadi, Azzam Farooq Al Awadhi, Faisal Khaled Al Kuwari, Fatima Hussain Al Shuwaikh, Hasan Mohammed Al Aali, Layal Mahmood Radhi, Mariam Ali Bucheeri, Moosa Mohammed Nayem, Nasser Mohammed Al Sayegh, Omar Samer Al Amin, Raghad Abdullah Al Bin Ali, Sara Khaled Al Rasheed, and Zain Khaled Al Hasan.

The GP15 programme offers a blend of practical training, project-based assignments, workshops, and field visits, along with opportunities to interact with industry leaders. The selection process involved a comprehensive evaluation, including an aptitude test and personal interviews, ensuring that the most qualified candidates were chosen to enhance their skills and knowledge through this initiative.
