Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, chaired a meeting of the governorate's Security Committee, attended by representatives of the relevant security directorates. The committee reviewed topics related to enhancing security and public safety, including efforts undertaken in light of current developments, and discussed means to enhance coordination among relevant entities to improve response efficiency and ensure continued operational readiness.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Governor highlighted the efforts of the Ministry of Interior's security directorates and their high level of readiness in addressing various challenges, noting that it reflects advanced capabilities and field expertise that contribute to maintaining security and stability and safeguarding the community. He also commended the level of public awareness demonstrated by citizens and residents through adherence to civil protection guidelines, and emphasised the importance of community partnership and coordinated efforts between official entities and the public in supporting the overall security and safety system.
