Bahrain’s Crown Prince Attends Command Post Opening and Celebrates Team Bahrain’s Success

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today highlighted several significant events from the past 24 hours. HRH the Crown Prince, who is also the Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, attended the Combined Command Post Opening Ceremony at Ras Al Bar Camp.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince also recognized Team Bahrain's efforts in organizing the successful 3rd Asian Youth Games. In addition, he chaired the weekly Cabinet Meeting, addressing various national priorities.

The visit of Trinidad and Tobago's Foreign Minister to Al Madar Centre was another focal point, along with the announcement by the Deputy Prime Minister regarding the completion of all stalled off-plan real-estate projects. The Finance Minister's meeting with the Chief Executive of the Azerbaijan State Oil Fund was also noted.

Furthermore, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the launch of the Muharraq Nights Festival, while progress in key development sectors led by GCC collaboration was emphasized. The GCC economy was described as a pillar of sustainable development and global competitiveness.

The Finance Ministry confirmed that Bapco Energies had transferred all outstanding state dues. In another diplomatic engagement, Bahrain and Trinidad and Tobago officials discussed climate and fisheries cooperation, with the Foreign Affairs Chief of the Arab and African Affairs Sector participating in the International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian People.

Additionally, over 5,000 students benefited from a future careers awareness campaign organized by Skills Bahrain and the Education Ministry. The Legal Affairs Minister received Trinidad and Tobago's Foreign and Legal Affairs Ministers, highlighting ongoing international cooperation.
