Bahrain Stock Indices Report Marginal Gains

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,929.56 points, marking an increase of 0.35 points above the previous closing. This increase was attributed to rises in the communications services and financial sectors.According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a positive movement, closing at 927.62 points, which is an increase of 3.89 points over the previous closing. The day's trading activity included a total of 108 transactions, involving 2,158,534 shares traded at a value of BHD 514,511.The financial sector was notably active, accounting for 85.61% of the total value of securities traded.
