Manama: Bahrain All Share Index closed at 2,063.94 points, marking a decrease of 1.35 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financial sector. Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 1,017.88 points, marking a decrease of 3.55 points below the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 94 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,760,599 shares worth BHD 979,369. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 69.96% of the total value of securities traded.
