Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,920.07 points, marking a decrease of 3.96 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to a drop in the communications services sector, the consumer discretionary sector, and the financial sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a decrease, closing at 921.81 points, which is 10.54 points below the previous closing. The trading session recorded 82 equity transactions with a volume of 999,264 shares, amounting to BD 270,317. Investors predominantly focused on the financial sector, which accounted for 80.35% of the total value of securities traded.
