Bahrain: A delegation from the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), led by Noor bint Ali Alkhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of Bahrain EDB, is undertaking a five-day visit to key cities in Spain and Switzerland. The delegation aims to promote Bahrain's investment environment and business opportunities in these countries.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the delegation will visit Barcelona in Spain, and Zurich and Geneva in Switzerland. This initiative is part of Bahrain EDB's promotional strategy to attract future investments by showcasing the Kingdom of Bahrain's business climate in global markets. The visit includes a series of meetings and events with chief executives and strategic partners from sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and tourism.
The visit has been planned to emphasize Bahrain's network of trade and economic cooperation agreements, enabling companies to access markets across the Gulf Cooperation Council and beyond. The roadshow will also highlight Bahrain's investment ecosystem, which includes financial services, wealth management, supportive regulatory frameworks, and its appeal as a regional hub for family offices.
