Manama: The 51st edition of the Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition opened at the Bahrain National Museum, featuring over 150 works by 67 artists in mediums including painting, installation, photography, and sculpture. On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa inaugurated the exhibition at the Bahrain National Museum.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the opening ceremony included the presentation of awards to the winning artists. Sayed Hassan Al Sari and Ali Karimi jointly won the Al Dana Award, while Ebrahim Al Ghanim received the Rashid Al Khalifa Art Foundation Award. Zainab Al Sabba was awarded the Al Riwaq Art Space Award.
The exhibition will remain open to the public at the Bahrain National Museum until April 27, during official working hours, except on Tuesdays. The Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition serves as a platform for showcasing the Kingdom's fine and visual arts, featuring participation from local and international artists, art enthusiasts, and critics. Over the years, the exhibition has drawn prominent artists representing a range of art genres.
