Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,051.57 points, marking a decrease of 0.51 points below the previous closing. This reduction was influenced by declines in both the financial and industrial sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a decrease, closing at 1,005.57 points, which is 4.34 points lower than the previous closing. Additionally, data revealed that there were 46 equity transactions with a trading volume of 611,247, amounting to BD 403,222.
Investors showed a preference for trading in the material sector, which accounted for 81.18% of the total value of securities traded.
