Bahrain All Share Index Records Decline Amid Sectoral Losses

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,895.11 points, marking a decrease of 8.12 points below the previous closing. This decline is attributed to a downturn in the communication services sector, the consumer discretionary sector, the financial sector, and the material sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index showed a contrasting trend, closing at 798.44 points with an increase of 5.22 points above the previous closing. The trading session saw a total of 75 equity transactions, recording a trading volume of 2,084,232 shares valued at BD 366,925.

Investors focused their trading activities primarily in the Financials Sector, which accounted for 37.75% of the total value of securities traded.
