Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,037.53 points, marking an increase of 6.30 points above the previous closing. This rise was influenced by gains in the financial sector, material sector, real estate sector, and consumer staples sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw an increase, closing at 998.14 points with a rise of 9.54 points from the previous closing. The day's trading activity included 117 equity transactions with a volume of 5,549,959 and a total worth of BD 1,436,607.
Investors primarily focused on the financial sector, which accounted for 76.13% of the total value of securities traded.
