Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,891.85 points, marking an increase of 1.74 points above the previous closing. This rise was primarily driven by gains in the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index has remained unchanged, closing at 770.01 points. Trading activity included 41 equity transactions, with a volume of 489,466 shares, amounting to BD 188,196.
Investors mainly focused on the financial sector, which accounted for 39.27% of the total value of securities traded.
