Arab Parliament Speaker Condemns Iranian Attacks Targeting Bahrain and Kuwait

Manama: Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, describing them as a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states, a clear breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations, and a direct threat to regional security and stability.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Speaker said the attacks represent an unacceptable escalation and undermine the security and stability of Arab states. He stressed the importance of adhering to international law, respecting the sovereignty of states, and sparing the region further tension and escalation, Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported.

Al Yamahi stressed that the Arab Parliament categorically rejects any attack or threat targeting Arab states or undermining their sovereignty and territorial integrity. He said the security of the Gulf states is a fundamental component of Arab national security and that preserving it is a collective responsibility requiring a unified Arab position in confronting any threats.
