Al Falah Private Schools Collaborate with Tamkeen to Train Bahraini Employees

Manama: Al Falah Private Schools have successfully employed and trained 25 Bahraini employees through the programmes offered by the Labour Fund "Tamkeen." These initiatives include the National Employment Programme, the Enterprise Training Support Programme, and the On-the-Job Training Programme, reflecting a concerted effort to invest in national talent within the education sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, this initiative aligns with Tamkeen's strategic priorities for 2025, which emphasize enhancing the competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector. The focus is on equipping Bahrainis with relevant skills for career advancement, promoting enterprise growth, and supporting digitisation and sustainability in the labor market ecosystem.

Tamkeen's involvement plays a significant role in the expanding education sector, which employs over 7,000 individuals across various roles. As reported by the Employability Skills Portal by Skills Bahrain, the sector contributed 4.8% to Bahrain's GDP in the second quarter of this year, highlighting its importance to the national economy.

The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" offers a diverse range of programmes designed to empower the private sector, drive economic growth, and prioritize the development of Bahraini talent, aiming to make them the preferred choice in the labor market.
