Riyadh:The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen has conducted a military operation aimed at neutralizing threats posed by the Houthi militia. The operation was carried out in response to ongoing attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructures in Saudi Arabia and Yemen using ballistic missiles and UAVs.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Coalition's operation resulted in the destruction of five tunnels used for storing ballistic missiles, four ballistic missile launchers, and a missile storage facility. The operation also targeted supply lines, fortifications, personnel, and military equipment under the militia's control along the front lines in Yemen.
Major General Turki Al Malki, the Coalition's spokesperson, emphasized that the Coalition's Joint Forces Command remains committed to taking deterrent measures to safeguard civilians and civilian objects in both Saudi Arabia and Yemen, in compliance with international law.
