Manama:His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), visited the FinTech Forward 2026 Forum today.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Isa emphasized the critical role of financial technology in transforming business models and enhancing institutional efficiency. He pointed out that these efforts are essential for expanding opportunities for Bahraini talent in emerging economic sectors and contribute to the Kingdom's comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, aligning with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Isa stressed the importance of fostering innovation and accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies to strengthen the competitiveness of Bahrain's economy. He highlighted the private sector's role in driving innovation and technological advancement, encouraging enterprises to adopt advanced technological solutions to boost productivity, enhance service delivery, and create sustainable employment opportunities for Bahraini talent.
