Manama:According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory message to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, celebrating the success of the 22nd edition of the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix held in Malaysia.
His Majesty praised the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for their unwavering support and dedication to the Bahrain Grand Prix, which has bolstered Bahrain's international status and reputation, especially in the realm of global sports. He also expressed gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar of Malaysia and the Malaysian people for their assistance in hosting the event, which showcased the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.
