Manama:His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, arrived in Malaysia to attend the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, which marks the 22nd edition of the event.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event is hosted in Malaysia with the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and His Majesty the King of Malaysia, highlighting the strong bilateral cooperation between the two nations. This partnership aims to advance shared goals and aspirations across various fields.
Upon arrival, Prince Salman was welcomed by HH Tunku Idris Iskandar Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Temenggong of Johor; HH Tunku Abdul Rahman Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Panglima of Johor; HH Tunku Abu Bakar Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Putera of Johor; and several senior officials.
The Crown Prince was accompanied by a delegation that included a number of ministers and senior officials.
